What you can expect:
A respectful and courteous Doody Happens team member will arrive in a marked truck and wearing a Doody Happens uniform. They will walk the selected area scooping all waste and any trash present. The team member will notify you of any concerns they find while scooping so they may be addressed if needed. All tools and footwear will be wiped down with an anti bacteria solution to prevent the possible spread of infections from one yard to another. For best results we ask that lawn areas to be scooped be maintained whenever possible.
Weather, Holidays & Vacation:
We scoop in most weather conditions except heavy downpours, lightning and inclement weather. If your service day is affected by weather, we will notify you of any delay. Service may resume once threatening weather has moved out of the area. If we are unable to resume service we will notify you of a reschedule day. If your service day falls on a holiday or if it is missed due to illness or vacation and you have weekly service, it will be rescheduled to the next available day. If you have twice weekly, you may only receive one day of service that week. If we are unable to make up the service, your next bill will be adjusted or your service date will be extended if in a pay in advanced plan.
Billing occurs on the last service day of the month. Payment is due upon receipt. We asked that payment be received prior to your next service day. Service may be paused due to non payment and additional accumulation due to missed service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover checks, and Apple Pay. For convenience, you may pay 3 months in advance. Invoices will be emailed with a payment link.

An Initial Cleaning is required prior to regular service for areas that have not been scooped in the last two weeks.
$35 first 30 minutes and an additional $10 for each additional 15 minutes.
Initial Cleanings are scheduled prior to regular service and are due upon receipt.
